* Sizing Tips

Our bikes are very adjustable with seats that easily go up and down several inches to find the most comfortable fit. When possible, reserve a bike in your ideal height range, but know that any of these bikes are likely to work just fine, and you may have to size up or down due to availability.

Required with your Rental

Rider must be 18 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Complete and paid reservation, online or in person, based on availability
Photocopy of your ID. We’ll get this at check-in and shred it after rental.
Signed waiver. Under 18 must have a waiver signed by a guardian.
Helmet use

Early Returns

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given for early returns, as your reserved time slot prevents others from renting the bikes during those same periods. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate it.

Late Fees

Other riders may have your bike reserved at your end time. Please be courteous and return your bike on time, and call 715-552-7377 with any updates. If you do not return your bike on time, you will be charged for another full rental session.

Bike Locks

The bike is your responsibility during your rental. To assist you, locks are provided in the cargo rack with each bike. If you stop anywhere at any time, please use the lock to secure the bike and avoid it being stolen and losing your security deposit.

Mechanical Issues

If in the unlikely occurrence that you have problems with your bike that you’re unable to fix on your own, please call our desk at 715-552-7377 for help with finding a solution.
