Need to cancel your E-Bike or E-Scooter reservation? We hate to see you go! Please call us with any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of your rental time.
Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of your reservation time will not be eligible for a refund.
Any reservations cancelled 24-48 hours in advance are eligible for a full rental credit redeemable at your convenience (at the value of the initially booked rental).
Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full cash refund.
Weather Related Circumstances
If there are weather advisories issued by the National Weather service that advise against riding at the time of your rental (unsafe wind conditions, heat advisories, lighting, etc.), renters will be eligible for a full rental credit redeemable at your convenience (at the value of the initially booked rental).
Due to the constantly changing Wisconsin weather, predicted weather forecasts will not be taken into consideration ahead of time, and all inclement weather will be evaluated at the time of the rental. If it’s a downpour at the start of your rental, you can get a rental credit to try again!.
Damage & Replacement Fees
Renters are financially responsible for the replacing/repairing of the bicycle, scooter, and any of its components if any damage occurs while in my use. They will be charged the full retail value of any rental equipment that is not returned due to loss or theft.
Fees for replacing lost or damaged items:
- Bungee Cord: $5
- Bike Lock or Key: $20
- Bike Lock Box: $20
- Phone Holder: $25
- Cargo Basket: $75
- Battery: $500
- Bike: $2,200
- Scooter: $1,000
